CharityBuzz Auction Supports Zoe Feldman
Posted Aug 06.2012Head over to CharityBuzz for several auction items from several artists including Maroon 5, Adam Levine, Sara Bareilles, Gavin DeGraw and Eve 6.
All auction items will benefit Zoe Feldman. Zoe will be 3 years old this August and was recently diagnosed with sarcoma botryoides, a malignant tumor of the muscles that attaches to the bones. Little Zoe must undergo two forms of chemotherapy, over a period of at least 44 weeks, which will leave her weak and susceptible to illness. This auction will raise funds for medical assistance including what insurance will not cover during this long battle and expenses for the family. Zoe’s mother had to quit her teaching job for the next year at least. Her father is in sales and his job is 100% commission based. The company and owner have been very supportive but sales and commissions cannot be manufactured so there is a significant loss in income in addition to medical bills forthcoming. This loss of income is especially distressing as the family strives to keep things as normal for their 2 older sons. Keeping up with the mortgage as time goes and general household expenses are imperative while Zoe’s mother and father are with her in the hospital.
